spotting whilst pregnant TMI

Hi all, have 2 rounds of Clomid, I found out on Christmas Eve I was pregnant. Of course due to the festive season, getting a hold of the assisted contraception unit is impossible and same with my GP. I had dark brown blood spotting on 28th-31st. But since yesterday I’ve had red blood. Last period was Nov 15th. It’s only really when I wipe and very little in a pantry liner and little to no clots... any help/advice/guidance would be appreciated. I’ve taken lots of photos, but hesitate to share...

Try to get seen at your GP or even go to A&E they will send you to and early pregnancy unit for an early placement scan at 6 weeks to make sure it’s not an ectopic etc, unfortunately there isn’t much you can do at the moment but wait. Hope everything is ok for you xxxxxxx

Hi mommy, Plz dont stress out. it looks like old blood. Plz contact your dr and schedule a scan. Sub chorionic hematoma can cause this color spotting. Nothing to worry. Good luck!

Hi, I wanted to come back to this (I find not many circle back with their outcomes, which is a shame!) on Jan 2nd they did a scan and couldn’t find the sac and I had a HCG of 84. I went back two days later and the HCG went to 104. 2 days later went back and it was 103. The spotting became heavier and they have deemed it a misscarriage. As sad as I am, I must say, the EPU at St Thomas in London has been absolutely amazing, I’m so grateful for such services to be attainable and at compliments. As long as you have a positive pregnancy test, you can walk in 7 days a week. They’re all very kind nurses... strongly recommend seeing them if anyone has questions. They even called me at 9pm to give me results for a 3pm blood test, which I was sure I would have only got the results the following day.

Hopefully I’ll come back here in a couple months which more questions and better news.
