Could I still be pregnant while on birth control. It's the depo shot I Was only on it for 3months. My next shot is this month October 20th but I won't be getting in . Been spotting brownish blood pink blood

When I had the injection I didn't have any periods only brown spotting. It would happen occasionally and often after I had excercised.

I think when I changed onto it I was really paranoid about being pregnant as I'd always had periods on the combination pill so the first time I had a missed period I took a pregnancy test to double check.

It's very reliable, especially as you get a big enough dose to last the 3 months.

If you think you are pregnant though the only way to know for sure is to take a test.

No contraception is 100% except for not having sex! But the chance is slim, only way is to do a test x
