18 weeks colostrum?

Has anyone ever had colostrum leak from their nipple if they squeeze it? It is only from my right breast and isnt a clear colour.

With my first it started leaking i think around same time as you.

Now with second pregnancy already in week 12.

Stains through bra to my dresses. Even stained the bedsheets.... during the intercourse can lea ok into my armpits to bedsheets 🤦

Body is just getting ready, nothing to worry!x

It’s really normal, something I didn’t realise till after my baby was a few weeks old, try and save it for when baby is born. Can squeeze some into a syringe and freeze it. It’s excellent to defrost and give to baby at a later stage, got a cold or is unwell. Or just to give baby when they are a new born.

It just means you may be lucky with supply if you are planning to breastfeed! Only advice is not to actually express mls of it because there is a possibility of early labour doing this, but if it is coming by itself then not a worry at all, it’s only a positive sign for later on!

Yes I have colostrum already, although mine only started about week 28 and I'm breastfeeding my firstborn.

I know someone who had to wear breast pads from 20 weeks. I recommend the bamboo reusable ones.
