No movement at 18 weeks

Hi guys I was just wondering if anyone could help me. I’m 18 weeks+2days. I have attached my last scan at 16weeks and I was just wondering if anyone could tell me if I have an anterior placenta? From the scan. I haven’t felt any moment from my baba yet and just worried. I suffer with anxiety which I think is making me worse.

Xxx

It should say in the piece of paper they fill in if you have an anterior placenta. I had one and didn’t feel proper movement until around 23 weeks. Also with a normal placenta you don’t always feel movement just yet x

It was a private scan as we wanted to find out the gender early but I could always see if they filled something in, thank you x

My placenta isn’t anterior and I still didn’t feel anything until 23 weeks. I wouldn’t worry just yet. X

I felt first movement at 18 weeks and my midwife told me that was really early to feel movement with your first baby, most people don’t feel it until after 20 weeks.

I didn’t feel any movement until like 23/24 weeks so totally understand your worry. Try and relax though x

Looks like an anterior placenta, you're only 18 weeks though, with my first I didn't feel anything until sometime after 20 weeks, don't worry! xxxxx

I had a low lying placenta on my 20 week scan, I only felt baby's movements properly at 22 weeks and even then only when I really sat and concentrated.

I'm 32 weeks now, happy healthy baby and feel every tiny movement, all information that says you can feel movements from 16/18 weeks is the rare case, and not the average for sure!

Try not to worry, you'll be wishing for the movements to stop because they're so strong before you know it!
