Wow, congratulations! What a lovely surprise. The best thing to do is speak with your dr. As you were there today what did they say? You will be put in the system to have a midwife assigned to you and they will lead you through everything, arrange scans etc. Xx

The only thing you have to do is decide what is best for you. If you know that you're not ready for a baby or just don't want to be a mum, then there is absolutely no shame in getting a termination. Do you have any close friends you can turn to? You need people right now. If you want to keep this pregnancy then you need to get referred to a maternity unit, you can find out how to do this by first seeing your GP. But whatever you choose, just make sure it's the right thing for you. Good Luck!

That depends what you mean by what to do next... what do you want to do? Do you know who the dad is might we worth speaking to him.

If you're continuing the pregnancy get on a multi vitamin have a look at ante natal care page on NHS website speak to your gps.

If you're thinking about not continuing with the pregnancy some charities like Marie stopes can go through options with you and discuss things. They have a good website too.

Best of luck

Congratulations! I just wanted to say that I waited until I was 30 to have my baby, and honestly I wish I was much younger because I definitely don’t have the energy I had at 18! Best advice I can give is surround yourself by good, supportive people and look after yourself. Always ask for help when you need it even if it seems like something silly to you - it’s never silly and no one will think that! Very best of luck to you x
