Small baby shoes

My LG is nearly 11 months old and is close to walking. Just got to get the confidence to let go and she’ll be off. I had her feet measured in Clark’s today to see what shoe size she is and she’s a 1.5, I don’t know anywhere that do shoes that small. I’m not planning on rushing her into shoes just yet but she’s wanting to walk when out and about and I’d rather her have something on her feet in the event it’s raining etc. Does anyone know of anywhere I can get small shoes that are waterproof and soft enough for her?

We don’t actually have one locally so haven’t looked. Only had her feet measured today. Not seen any online; but would rather look in store as it’s the waterproof part that I’m mostly interested in. I’ve got pram shoes that aren’t from various places but only the 3-6 month ones fit at the moment

Aw bless her tiny feet. I’m not sure where else there is really. I didn’t have to buy until she was size 2 and even then she wasn’t walking xx

Lol she’s a titch, 9th centile weight and 2nd for height. She was just under 16lb at her 10 month check.

I got some padders ones in 6-12 month size from mothercare that have soles that could go on pavements. Not used them yet but would come in handy for that stage where they want to stand outside but aren’t moving far. What size do the clarks shoes start at then? x

They start at Size 2. I’ve been given some second hand that are big on her. I wanted to find out what size she was which is why I checked. She’s just a 1.5 the gauge was barely on the size.

Awww bless, good to know what size they start although between my size 7 feet and my husbands 12 I don’t think my daughter will have small feet 😂 Hope you manage to find some for her x

Lol you never know. My partner and I are both a size 6 so she’s not got much hope. I think it’s going to be a case of wait till she grows enough to fit them. I’m just hoping she won’t be properly walking too soon. I also don’t want her growing up too quickly so it won’t be a bad thing

I had this problem with my LO too! She had to wear soft sole booties until I could get shoes to fit!

Try Russell and Bromleys, I used to work for them and they are very good at offering advice and solutions even if they don't stock the correct size (I can't remember what sizes they stock)

Thanks I’ll take a look on line. We don’t have a local one here to go in store but it’s a good suggestion
