5 days late period and negative test

Hi everyone

I have been ttc since I had a miscarriage last year may. I was around 11 weeks. I have 28 day cycle and normally cramp a few days before but this month I have no cramping. I have severe lower back pain constantly nauseas and getting a headache on and off.

I was due for my period on the 25/03 and tested on 26th with such a faint line that u couldn't really see. I have taken another on the 27 in the afternoon and got a negative. I have taken another test on the 28 in the morning with super faint line again cnt see that much. So this morning I decided to rather take a clear blue digital to know exactly what to expect. I got a not pregnant. I don't understand what is going on. I still don't have any sign of my period coming on. Should I wait for it to come. Do I keep testing and having hope. It's heartbreaking when you keep seeing negative every month and this month I really thought this was my month but now I don't know.

Has anyone been through this or something similar. Please your feedback will really help. I'm going crazy waiting for one of them to show me what I am pregnant or period.

So sorry to read your story. Stress can definitely postpone your period. Try to do something nice and relaxing this weekend, just the two of you. Hopefully this will bring on your period. Have you had any fertility tests done? How are you tracking your ovulation (apps are not as good as actual temp tracking / poas)? X

Thank you for your reply. I have been using clear blue ovulation kits. I have recently tested for fertility and everything looked good. It true that stress can do that as well. You wouldn't believe this is the first month I have decided to stop trying and give myself a break as it was very difficult every month when you get negative results. My husband didn't stop trying though lol. So I think I will wait till next week and if nothing test again and maybe rather go to my gynae.

Do you think it's possible to get a positive like this late after a few negative test?

Hi,I am in same situation I am late 10 days no periods I did 5 test 4 negative 1 positive very confused.my hubby still saying it’s pregnancy.good luck and be positive like me until periods are not showed up.
