Hello, I am 46 and 7 weeks pregnant, it was a bit of a shock!!!! My first born is 25! So just a slight age gap😉. Are there any other mums close to my age here??

Hi Charlotte,

Congratulations!!! I’m 40 and 19 weeks pregnant with 2nd. DS1 is 5yrs old.

Wishing you all the very best!

Hi Charlotte. Congratulations. I am 8 weeks pregnant with my 4th baby. I'm in a new relationship but never expected this so I was very shocked. My eldest will be 21 when this little one makes an appearance!! I;m feeling very nauseous which i never had with the others. Also quite scary to think i will be doing this all again.

Hi Charlotte.

I had my youngest when I was 42. He's 5 now and my older two are 23 and 21. It has been wonderful, and my older boys are both his god fathers too. Enjoy it hun and congratulations x

Hi Charlotte,

I am 40 and 6 weeks pregnant with my 2nd. My son is now 14 so I barely remember the last pregnancy! In many ways I feel like a first time mum. I can't help worrying about my age sometimes and the increased risks but guess we just have to stay optimistic!

Hi I’m 46 and I’m 12 weeks pregnant with my 4th child.

It was a big shock and I’ve been so ill from day 1.

I’ve had severe nausea and the past 3 weeks I’ve had heavy bleeding on and off and thought I was having a miscarriage.

After a scan it shows the baby is ok so far and that I have several haemotomas next to there uterus.

I have been signed off work and told to do nothing and rest. After 2 1/2 weeks of doing barely anything even with a 3 year old I’ve done a few bits but nothing that hard and the bleeding g he started again and I have cramps back ache and terrible headaches. I am also exhausted from the worry of it all and feeling so ill.

I have had lots of negativity as I’m older and I’m terrified if I don’t miscarry the baby will have an abnormality I keep getting told take one day at a time but I don’t want to feel like this for 9 months !
