The pregnancy and breastfeeding ones are suitable throughout your whole pregnancy

Hello! If you are suffering from cramps in your leg it is wise to eat bananas and consult your obstetrician as to whether or not it is safe for you to take potassium supplements. Good luck!

the only one recommended is Vitamin D 10mcgs every day during ur pregnancy and if ur breastfeeding as long as ur diet is varied and balanced. U may be lacking some nutrients if ur diet Is restricted but a healthy diet is better than lots of multi-bits. P.s. I'm a community midwife.

Stewards prenatal vitamins are a good brand to go with. However it is essential to ensuring that your prenatal vitamin contains folic acid in it. Remind your prenatal care provider to prescribe you a prenatal vitamin because you made me iron as well. Congratulations and good luck with your new bundle of joy.

Sincerely
