Hi my husband and i have been thinking about IVF and im just wondering has anyone succesed with a high BMI

I know lots of clinics won’t take you unless your bmi is under 30. I think if you can get it lower you have a better chance of success. Every clinic is different. Good luck xx

There's another forum on here - Fertility Network UK - almost everyone on there has done/is going through IVF and for almost any question you have, someone there will have had experience of it xxx

Hello.

My BMI was 40 & I paid private for IVF last year & it failed.

After 12 years a TTC I found out on NYE I’m pregnant naturally... don’t ever give up!

Depending where you live most clinics won’t accept you with a BMI over 30 for fertility treatment.
