First of all try the clear blue test using your first morning urine (that is when, if you are pregnant, you have the strongest concentration of the pregnancy hormone). If that still comes back negative and you are beyond the date that you would expect to have your period, then you are very very unlikely to be pregnant.
Very often stress can cause delays to your period so you need to try to stay as stress free as possible.
Finally, if you do not want to get pregnant then either use a proper contraceptive - the morning after pill is not there to be used every time you have sex. Or just don't have sex at all.
You need to find someone you can speak with about this and your doctor has doctor patient confidentiality therefore cannot speak with anyone about you.
Does your town/area have a drop in sexual health clinic? It might be a good idea to go there, you don't need an appointment, just turn up. They will be able to confirm you are not pregnant and give you some advice on contraception. Your GP won't know, it's totally confidential.
Please, please remember that pregnancy is not the only unwanted outcome from unprotected sex and you could be exposing yourself to some nasty infections. The drop in clinic could also test for these if you're concerned.
Emergency contraception is not 100% effective. I think it's around 88% at best.
To be sure about a pregnancy test you need to wait at least 3 weeks after having sex.
Having said all that the emergency pill is a hormone so it will mess up your periods. As will stress, if you're thyroid is not well controlled etc etc
As previously advised get proper contraception if not dont have sex. Not sure how old you are, but if you need you're mum to be going to the doctor maybe you aren't old/mature enough to be having sex.
