Expecting twins- extreme nausea and fainting

I’m currently 16week+ 6 days with identical twins through IVF. I’ve not vomited once however my nausea seems to be building 😩😩 I was hoping it would ease off by now but it’s still going strong !! I’ve tried ginger biscuits, sweets, ginger tea, even sickness bands but nothing seems to work. I am still eating 3 meals a day so the midwife isn’t too concerned! I’ve had 2 episodes of fainting too. Has anyone else experienced similar during a twin pregnancy?

Not twins but I felt sick up to 23 weeks. Reflexology seemed to knock it on the head- I went to a pregnancy reflexology specialist x

Yes!!! Double babies double symptoms in my case anyway!

Hang in there drink lots of water and just eat anything you can tolerate would be my advice, I survived on white bread and plain jacket potatoes during my Twin pregnancy!
