problems with preterm labor because of Polyhydramnios?

I was diagnosed suddenly at 26 weeks with Polyhydramnios I gained 14 pounds in two weeks from 24 to 26. Had a anatomy scan done to see my son has part of his intestines outside of his body but in a sac to protect them, he will need surgery when he’s born. There was no other indication of why I have Polyhydramnios. I went into hospital two days ago with contractions and back pains. Fetal fibernecton test was positive and was given magnesium to try to stop labor in only 30 weeks. Ultrasound said my afi fluid levels are at a 40 so I had a Amnio reduction done but only could handle one liter being taken out so my levels are at 37. Sent home when contractions stopped. Anyone else have any experiences?

Same here sorry, no idea. I do remember about 20 years ago my cousins daughter was born with intestines not properly formed so they had to do something. She is completely fine and never had any issues.
