Hey girls,

I am in the worst pain ever, my husband thinks I’m joking when I say I can’t turn over in bed, I think I need to invest in a exercise ball thing (not sure what they’re called and I’m too lazy to google)

Hope you’re all doing well.

Feb mamas we haven’t got long left

Love

A

I know exactly how you feel! I had SPD from 24 weeks. So bad that I had to crawl up the stairs to bed one night n my fella had to help me in bed. My doctor wanted to sign me off but I didn't want to so I went on light duties (I'm a carer for elderly in a hospital).

Support bands are good. Think they sell them on eBay. I borrowed mine off a friend. It doesn't take it all away but it makes walking so much easier. Hope it helps! X
