“Fever” every night

Hi ladies.

I’m 7weeks preg. For Baby n.3

I have a strange symptom... at the end of the day around 6pm I am exhausted, a bit of nausea and hungry but can’t eat that much, the whole budy really hot like if I have fever except my head 🤔 and I feel cold.

Then I let myself fall asleep for 3 or 4 hours ... then wake up automatically and feeling hungry again hahaha

Then trying to fall back asleep.. the body always hot hot hot... and in the morning all good ! back to normal and even with lots of energy the whole day.

And back again.... exhausted etc etc

Did someone experienced that already?
