Pregnant after coming of contraceptive patch

Hi, I came off my patch around 2 months ago. Had a period (late) on the 16th July. Found I am pregnant on the 13th or aug.

Wondering if I could of been pregnant before (16th July) as had a very faint positive test and it was maybe a withdrawal bleed from coming off the patch.

It’s all so confusing!

Any help or advice appreciated!
