So I'm 10 weeks 6 days pregnant. I had sex with my husband yesterday and the night before. I know people say spotting is normal during the pregnancy. What i want to know though is if it's normal to spot days after. The night before and yesterday there was no spothing or anything. But today I went to use the washroom and there was blood when I wiped. It wasn't dark but it wasn't bright either. When I wiped again there was this whitish thick discharge, but not much blood. I checked again about 10 mins after and it was back to the whitish creamish discharge. I will call my obgyn, but I want to see if anything else happens before. This pregnancy has had me on edge since I found out and I really just would love to have a healthy normal child. Do you guys think I should worry?
I was told that if I bled after sex to wait until my 13 week scan until having sex again. You can bleed after having sex and for everything to be fine :). If you're worried though hun, call you GP for peace of mind :). Seems normal to me though. Especially as the bleeding hasn't increased and you've haven't been in a lot of pain x
That happened to me and I went to the hospital, they referred me to early pregnancy unit, had an early scan and thank God everything was fine, they said no sex for few days! 😜
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately. No good news. I'm 11 weeks and a few days and I did an ultra sound yesterday and a doppler today. The baby has not been getting blood for a while so I have a missed miscarriage. The baby measures at 7 weeks. I went to the doc Saturday and he said the baby was too small for the the estimated time. He made me do two HCG blood tests. But i got the news today. I'm alright right now but I can't really say what my emotions are at any given time. I'm trying to be calm and i have to find the positive in all this. I'm looking forward to my next pregnancy. In the mean time, I have some time off from work so that will help. God always makes a way. Thanks for all your help guys. And remember to always stay positive in everything.
I am very sorry for your loss and I wish you the best in the future in becoming a mummy! I had a missed miscarriage last August with twins and found out at my 13 week scan it was an awful time but double bad news I had them surgically removed as they didn’t come away on their own I also had them cremated together and now they’re my sleeping angels! I am now 21 weeks pregnant and found out yesterday it’s a boy and all look well!! It obviously wasn’t meant to be last year but I stayed positive and had some faith ! Your such a positive person and I wish you well Hunni xxx
