Help please!!

Hi everyone! Im new to this community so bear with me. I have come off the pill on June and was trying since then. I had my mesntruation/ withdrawal bleed last montg (still unsure if its menstruation though as they say ovulation takes time to come back when you stop the pill) so anyway, my next “period” will be due tomorrow based on my flo app.. I was feeling extra tired and my breasts were hurting like hell so I did a pregnancy test and this was the result. Any ideas what is it? I dont want to assume that Im pregnant as I get this weird same symptoms that Im having everytime I had my period before (acne, tiredness, increase appetite, abdominal cramps etc etc.) any info welcome please!!!!

Now I feel worried as the test I took today looks more fainted as yesterday what do you guys think?

It's crazy how quick it can happen! I had an implant in for YEARS AND YEARS. It was out on 7 June, and we conceived in July!! Congratulations!!! Xx
