dealing with the bloating!!

So I'm just over 5 weeks, so obvs baby is properly tiny at the moment! However, my body has gone into meltdown with the hormones and I'm crazy swollen/bloated. I do have body issues so I am really struggling with this; people don't know I'm pregnant so I just look like I've had too many doughnuts rather than having a bump anyway as its too early to show!

It sounds silly but it's getting me down; especially in the hot weather where it's too hot for flowy scarves/layers etc.

Has anyone been in a similar situation

I feel really bloated from under my boobs down I’m 12w, with my other 2 I didn’t show til around 7 mths. Just blame the heat.

Hun my bloating has only just started to subside at 4 months it was annoying me and I felt like I had a huge muffin top and people were looking on School runs thinking she ate lots of pies and it got worse after eating too. With the bloating I looked 5 months when I was 2 months I even thought maybe there’s two in there!! The bloating is slowly disappearing and becoming a bump now but I try and drink plenty of water to help too.

We have to think positive though as we are blessed with being pregnant so just embrace it and forget what people think 🤔!! Congratulations on becoming pregnant xx
