Has anyone else had severe back pain since childbirth? And what have you done to treat it? My baby is nearly 9 months. Maternity pay has ended and my GP said I need to go private if I want to see a chiropractor but I can't afford it with no income

Have you tried gentle sterching exercise like yoga? I had back pain after my son was born in 2015 and exercising really helped.

I have tried bit just causes even more pain. I have real bad tail bone pain and my upper back is becoming hunched

Are you breastfeeding? Have you paid attention to your posture while you are feeding? Sometimes women lean forward when breastfeeding, and over the time it causes back pain and the hunch.
