Morning Sickness

Hi I am 15 weeks pregnant and am suffering bad with morning sickness, what do people recommend?

I am 17 weeks and still suffering . I have two meds to take alternately and make some days better . There isn’t anything I haven’t tried :(( just got to keep going my love 😍 it will be worth it xxx

Are you physically sick? Feeling it or both?

For me it was just being sick (I had hyperemesis) and nothing helped unfortunately. I tried various medications, for me ice lollies were a saviour as it was something I could most of the time keep down and it helped keep me hydrated. Unfortunately my sickness didn’t pass until 20 weeks.

If your feeling sick they say bland foods help; bread, crackers, ginger biscuits, rich tea biscuits etc also you can get travel sickness wrist bands which some people say help. Also might be worth seeing the GP and trying some medication.

Hope it passes soon, I know how rubbish it is but when it stops you do forget how bad it was and when you get your little bundle it’s all worth it 🙂 xxx
