Hi Hun, for some reason ginger is S great settler. Try boiling some or brewing some with a teaspoon of brown sugar. I also like a ginger beer every couple days X

Hiya, as nae93 said ginger is great for it. Even if you get yourself a packet of ginger snap biscuits it should start to relieve it sickness a bit. Have them by your bed at night so that you have one before you set foot out of bed in the morning. Worked for me. Hope you feel better soon. It gets much better 😊 xx

First of all congratulations, second i have tree snd all of them where like that.

For me the things that help me where de massive intake of mints, mint gums, mentos everything with mint, when i drunk wanter thats always with some dropes of lemon or all the lemon if you like the taste like i do.

I know that ginger tea healps i didn't tried but i have a friend that drink all the time and says that tea save her.

And most of the times the morning sikness stops or get better after the first trimester so you almost there.

Wish all the best

Hi, ginger didn't help me at all I bought ginger biscuit, ginger ice cream, ginger beer... nothing

Salty crackers like tuchelped a lot and found that I might not feel hungry but my body does so always nibble it will help settle your stomach and it s always better to throw up a full stomach than an empty one (I ended up with blood in my sick).

I m 13 weeks and it's still not fully settled but I m definitely eating better and I m less dependant on the proximity to a sink.

Good luck and lot of patience

hi there, if your not keeping anything down at all and are already on anti sickness tablets its sounds like you have a form of HG (Hyperemesis gravidarum) which is a far more extreme form of pregnancy sickness. I'm currently 28 weeks and have been suffering from it since my 5th week, at points being sick up to 40 times a day. its incredibly debilitating and i can assure you that no amount of ginger or mint will curb the sickness. i would advise finding anything at all that your body agrees with, for me it was hot chocolate, and just persevering with that. do also try to eat whenever you have any form of hunger pangs as you have a very small window of opportunity whereby you can eat without being sick, and although it doesn't seem it, eating will make you feel better. also try to rest as much as humanly possible, and make sure that you do not get too hot. i have tried all the anti sickness tablets to no avail, however the one that is supposedly most effective is called ondasetron, so perhaps ask your GP for that one if things don't improve for you soon. hope that helps in some way help. Good luck.

Hi Hun, I am in the same position I have something called hyperemesis gravidarum its my first pregnancy and I went doctors told them about not keeping nothing down and we did a urine sample and from that they measure your Keaton's in your urine and mine said I was dehydrated and was admitted to hospital. Not everyone is made aware of hyperemesis gravidarum its severe vomiting in pregnancy. Hope this helped I'm on 3 medications for anti sickness but, lately I have again been struggling so I'm thinking of going back to hospital.

Hope this helped :-) x

I'm in the same boat 12 weeks and vomiting from 4am until 8pm at night. All I do is sip water even if it comes back up to try and keep hydrated and try and sleep as much as I can. I have tried 3 different types of anti sickness and they don't work. The doctors have to give me anti sickness injection. Which work for an hour or two. You will find a way to deal with it. They say sickness is a good sign healthy pregnancy but we know it doesn't feel like that. Hope fully should calm down for you. But see your go and ask about the injection it works for a good few hours for me so you can eat and drink
