Early pregnancy nerves

Hi new here!

I’ve had 5 positive test results but pale line and digital is 1-2 but should be more, I’ve had brown spotting for 5 days, had a scan today and they couldn’t see anything apart from a thick womb. Had blood tests taken and will have another in 48hours. Anyone had similar situation? I’m so nervous, I really want this 🙈
