Hello family.. So I'm not a quiet sleeper as I like to move around a little. When I sleep on the sides, my thighs get tired and sored so I tend to lye on my back a little bit. After few minutes, my lower back hurts.
🤔😢😥😥 Help I don't even know how to lay down.

Try putting a pillow between you legs whilst on your side xx
How many weeks pregnant are you? You should generally avoid lying on your back to sleep when pregnant, especially in the third trimester as it increases the risk of still birth. Try a pregnancy pillow or using normal pillows to support your body in a comfortable position on your side or front.
I have a similar problem I'm 21 weeks and have spd my hips get really painful I bought a pregnancy pillow weeks ago and it's been a god send but it's the support inbetween your legs it gives that keeps your hips and legs in line so they don't hurt so much. So try a decent thick pillow
After 16 weeks they recommend side sleeping and say not to sleep on your back. My fiancé got me a pregnancy pillow which was a God send! I used it in my first trimester then when I came to 30 weeks, I was huge! Have birth at 38+3 and used it all the way through. I suffered with SPD so even side sleeping hurt but was bearable with the pillow x
Eee with my first two pregnancies I slept on my back as it was the only comfortable position I never knew it was bad🤭 I used to get sore hips so I’d lie with my knees wide and feet crossed. Now reading your suppose to sleep on my side I’m finding it difficult as I prefer my back. I’m only 7 weeks maybe I’ll naturally start sleeping on my side as I get bigger 🤷♀️we’ve already got a long pillow my bf sleeps with it he loves it lol
