Palvic pain and back pain already?

hello dear all,

I am 14 weeks and 5 days. from yesterday, while I was walking, I felt pressure on my pelvic area and upper thigh, also I felt pain in the back as well. I am 165cm tall and 58kg weight, so I am not that heavy with a little showing in my belly. Is it normal or is it because I sit too long in the office? I really want to start some yoga or exercise, can you also recommend some apps or videos? thank you.

thank you. xxx

I also got pelvic pain quite early, from about 12 weeks, brought on when I did too much walking. I had to stop running and limit my walking to about an hour in one go. I've also been doing pregnancy yoga for the last couple of weeks and it seems to be helping. I think in the early stages of pregnancy it's less about the weight of the baby putting pressure on your pelvis and more about an increase in the relaxin hormone that softens everything.

It is normal to feel pressure on your pelvic area when I was 14 weeks I have experienced same but after 2 weeks things start to get better. Drink plenty, do excise and lot walking will help you.

i really wish i could do exercise but i just feel extremely lazy. but i will try since i heard a lot that less exercise can make your labor more difficult.
