If at anytime you are worried about child's health you should call GP, health visitor or nhs 111.
34.8 is a very low reading ... they would feel cold rather... 36-37 is normal... is your child well otherwise? Is your thermometer working? Are you using it properly? If so and it really is that low I would get them seen sooner rather than later
