Pregnancy letters after hysterectomy

I have just recieved a congratulations on your pregnancy letter from my employers hr team after they know I had a cervical cancer hysterectomy last October

Any advice on what I can do about it

Sorry fraggle, I don't understand. Are you or were you pregnant? How could they get this all sounds mixed up?

It sounds to me.like there's been a.mix up in the admin office. What you've been through just be hard but I'm sure hr haven't purposely tried to.offend or upset you. Just pop in and have a quick.word about how you seem to have received this letter by mistake and that they need to be more careful about these things.

Definitely tell them how you feel. They have made a mistake and it is down to human error however they need to be aware so that they do not do the same thing again to anyone else. What they have done is insensitive so they need to know. I’ve worked in HR before so I would feel really bad if I had made a mistake like this x

Possibly someone with a similar name is pregnant? I would have a chat with them. It's not nice but mistakes happen as everyone is human
