Hello´

I need some help. I work as a waitress in a hotel. And my manager has decided that tomorrow I am going to work from 6.30 to 15.00 and the following day from 15.00 to 23.00. I would like to know if there is any regulation/law related to shifts at work about these. Can someone help me?

Have you asked for a health assessment at work? You should have this if pregnant. I understand one can be tired during pregnancy but I think most pregnant women can continue working well into the third trimester. There is no regulations that states which times you can work as it's an individual thing.

I was doing full 12 full nights shifts till 25 weeks and reduced to 10 hour shifts (latest 2am) till 30 weeks and 8 hour shifts till 35 weeks when I stopped.

Thank you roxannacar,

Yes I have asked for assessment, and I think that in my company there is something about changing rota. I ask because changing rota affects to my rest. My biorhytm, that is not something isolated It happens constantly.
