Changing back to first milk

Hello there again lovely helpful people!

Just a quick one this time. Our LO has one formula feed before bed from daddy. He appears to be struggling with the follow on milk and we are reverting back to the first milk. Do people know if it will take a while to adjust as it’s been about 3 weeks since the change.

TIA

We never bothered changing from first milk as our little one hated the follow on stuff. I thought it had a really cheesy smell to it.

yup follow on milk is only made for advertising purposes and so first milk is better to use. You can change straight away but I guess it could take a while to come out of their system but it’s essentially all just powdered cows milk so could be something else x

The follow on milk was literally created as the manufactures can’t advertise first milk... they don’t actually need it. I’d stick with the first milk
