hi, i am trying to convieve, a day before i had sex with my husband and ovulation day was on 3rd april, .my period was suppose to start on 17 april. 7 days late, took a test at the Dr's but came out negatve and today morning i had cramps and period started. what does this mean? i never had late periods.

it has been a year we are trying to have a baby, please help.

Stress can definitely cause period delays... it doesn't have to mean anything. However if it has been a year I'd suggest you and your husband to see your gp for a work up

The only things you can do is track your periods and possibly use ovulation tests, make sure you eating healthy no smoking alcohol etc, loose weight if you need to, good luck
