I am 19 years old, every time i had safe sex even though i took emergency ipill too many, am i safe? Will there be any side effects of pill ? Every month i took two pills and in some month i took 8 pills. Will it cause infertility?

The emergency pill has poorer outcomes than other contraception. It is not meant to be used like you are using it. Please see your doctor and get proper contraception as you're playing with fire

I don’t understand fully your post, you keep taking the ipill numerous times?

The emergency pill is isn’t supposed to be taken regularly.

You need to sort out some proper contraception if your not wanting to get pregnant.

I’m not sure if it affects fertility I would think not if it’s prescribed by a doctor and used correctly but not regularly.

You took 8 morning after pills in a month?! Why? It's called emergency contraception for a reason and is only meant to be used when all else fails. Yes there could easily be side effects with that level of use, not to mention costly. Nobody will be able to tell you now what's going to happen, you need to go and see a doctor to get proper contraception and talk to them about your concerns.

The name "emergency pill" itself tells that you are not supposed to use it as every day contrception. It messes with your hormones, can disrupt your normal cycle. I don't think there has been lots of studies regarding overuse of it. Most women don't take it at all, some will take it once ir twice during their lifetime. You have to book an appointment with your gp and he/she can explain your options regarding contraception, be it a daily pill(not the one you r using) coil, implant, injection or condoms. Also, you can ask your gp all your questions about infertility etc.
