Cannot believe it !!

After 7 months of trying, this happened this morning and still cannot believe it.

Have my first midwife appointment next week and suffering quite badly from nausea and sickness.

Anyone have any advice for a expectant, excited but, also mummy to be.

Congratulations, what lovely news!! Eat ginger biscuits that will help with the nausea. Also eating little and often if it gets worse ask your Gp for sickness tablets that you can have. Good luck with your pregnancy xx

If your sickness is bad in the mornings, try and eat a plain biscuit before you get out of bed. I also found that lots of soft juicy fruit helped a lot too.
