Possible endometriosis or Adenomyosis

For months I've been having horrible cramps and excruciating back pain in being sent to a gynecologist for endometriosis and Adenomyosis but that's not for weeks i don't overly want to go to the hospital in pain again to be told it's nothing when it is but advil doesn't help

Not sure if American or in the uk. Unfortunately hospital waits in the uk are long for non cancer issues. Has your gp tried any treatments for possible endometriosis (like the pill etc?) if not prescribe you pain killers? Might be worth trying different over the counter medication to see what helps.
