Myself and my partner have enrolled to do relationship counselling through relationships Australia (my mental health nurse referred me to them) has anyone been through this service or done it?! Just need advice I don’t want it to make things worse

Would love to know how this went for you. Couples counseling helped us. It depends on your partners willingness.
It helped us for about two weeks but some people won’t change
