My sister was now 34 weeks pregnant and she works in office where you sit for more than 9 hours , she use to say about the pain . But it’s in India so her doctor gave some ointment and every night she applies before going to bed and she will be ok for next day . I don’t know about UK. But I imagine you can do any mild exercise?? People might suggest you , don’t worry . Good luck

I sat on a birthing ball near the end and bounced or rotated my hips in circles all day :) it helped me feel more comfortable as I wasn’t so static and it’s good for baby. You need to be tall however as if you’re on the shorter side you will be too low down at your desk I can imagine. I also made sure I went out at lunch to stretch my legs.

I worked up until 39 weeks when I have to say I was uncomfortable no matter what I did!

Hope that helps x

Are you not able to get up every 30 mins or so even if just to change position/make a drink/toilet etc

There isn't much in terms of creams you can use in pregnancy but you could mention to the pharmacist.

Use a birthing ball or have a few cushions maybe one of those cushions with a hole in the middle! Also can discuss with your employer/occupational health

Yes! I worked full time in an office when I was pregnant with my son then part time with my daughter. Luckily I could get up and walk about if I needed to. Could you try sitting on a pilates ball instead of your chair? Also maybe try a cushion for your lower back.

For the pain under your ribs have you tried changing your bra? I was getting lost of pain so changed to one that goes over my head rather than clasp on the back and the pain went
