I am going out of mind I have never been a good sleeper even since a baby apparently. The firs 12 wks of pregnancy I slept like a baby now
I’m now 20 weeks and CANNOT for the life of me get comfy I’ve done some research and people say about the pillow between the legs on your side but it’s just not doing it for me has anyone got any other sleeping tips I can try please? Thank you. From one very tired mother to be.

Yep it is a nightmare! I have one of these which helped me but we have a super king bed so it fits. A double bed might be a tight squeeze! for-your-little-one.co.uk/1...
I found taking 250mg magnesium in the evening really helped me and also helped with restless legs/feet I had! My huge pregnancy pillow is a lifesaver and I still use it today 6 months PP haha! The usual hot milk before bed, gentle yoga in the evenings all helped me too. I also found that these periods of non/bad sleep didn't last. There's so much happening with babys development and its changing all the time so try not to think you will have crap sleep from now for another 20 weeks becsuse you will sleep soundly again soon I promise you x
