Hello everyone. I'm just starting to think about getting pregnant, and want to start some necessary measures, I would appreciate people's advise. Also what prenatal vitamin is the best to take. Thank you.

Prenatal
I'd have a look at NHS choices website. It's a matter of trying to get a healthy balanced diet, stop smoking/drugs/alcohol if you use any of these. Once your pregnant you do need to avoid certain foods (list on website) such as certain cheeses raw eggs/meat etc
Any prenatal vitamin will do as long as it contains folic acid and vit d. I used to get whatever is on offer at boots as normally they do a 3 for 2 in vitamins
Lose belly fat (if in excess) and do lots of exercise BEFORE getting pregnant to reduce excess weight gain and reduce risk of gestational diabetes.
Make sure your back, abs and legs are strong. Get folic acid and vitamin d (supermarket own brands are like £1).
