Cramping after sex while pregnant

This is much first pregnancy and I guess I'm worrying about every little ache cramp or pain

But after having sex with my partner when i lie down I have a really bad cramping feeling in my lower belly , is it something I be worried about it has anyone experienced the same ?

I'm 8/9 weeks thank you

I understand it is common to experience some cramping after sex during pregnancy. An orgasm may cause minor uterine contractions. The oxytocin released by the stimulation of the nipples and genitals and the prostaglandins in the semen can make the uterus contract
