13+5 and pain in my right hip

I am 13+5 and got a pain in my right hip I've took a parecetamol and gone in bath which eased it but could this be a sign of spd

Im 25+3 And had awful pain in my side when sneezing from about 4 weeks onwards. This has slowly formed into pain when turning over at night which was so bad a couple of weeks ago I woke up screaming in pain, couldn't move in any direction without it being painful in sort of the hip area and had to jump out of bed and try to walk it off.

I had pain in my hip the other week and couldn't walk properly but hobbled round with a limp like one leg was significantly longer than the other!

My mate suggested it might be spd now called pelvic girdle pain but mine seems to be very short sharp attacks.

From what I've googled there isn't much that can be done. My midwife keeps changing from appointment to appointment so with no continuity of care I haven't been able to bring it up with them. I'm considering going to the gp.

If anyone has any advice I'd love to hear it too x

It could be but more likely at that stage to just be from starting to sleep on your side. I got really bad hip pain from that as I used to sleep on my stomach all the time. Now 30 weeks and no spd yet!

I sleep on my left side so don't understand why

I've phoned my GP and basically they said just be careful I should have got the midwife to call

Just took a paracetamol and if no better in 2 hours I'm phoning maternity
