Working out my ovulation days

Hi there, very confused as to when my dates are. Being told its day 14, my tracker keeps telling me its day 16 but when i do an ovulation test on those days its negative. I have been told that I should look at the days earlier in my cycle but surely it shouldn't be possible. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

It depends how long your cycle is. For a 28 day cycle it normally day 14. The ovulation kits should be more accurate. The consistency of your vaginal discharge with change becoming more sticky. If you're trying to conceive I'd suggest having inter course throughout that period as you are fertile before and after ovulation not just on the particular day, and most importantly try not stress too much as it can affect your ovulation

Thanks my cycle jumps around a lot. Some last as long as 43 days others 19. Thank you x
