I am 2 weeks and days pregnant I've got all the signs and symptoms of a pregnancy and I took a home pregnancy test it came back positive I have a low immune system so a normal pregnancy test is coming back negative. I'm waiting for my blood test but my doctor thinks I am by my signs and symptoms he checked my belly too and he thinks I am. But I started bleeding light a little few clots but it's no dark it's light. I'm worried that there's something wrong. It's like a normal period. I need to know if everything is okay
