Hi, you need to get to the EPU and get it checked out. Its impossible for anyone here to know if there is or isn't anything wrong. I had bleeding with my sons but it was light bleeding and a scan with them but I have also had miscarriages where it still says positive and I am only bleeding lightly just my body hasn't registered it fully. I have also had miscarriages where the bleeding is heavy. Each time has been different and each woman's body is different. Hope you get it sorted out. It will put your mind at rest knowing either way also x
Go to your doctor they will send you for a blood test to see if the level of pregnancy hormone is increasing. I had about 5 reasonably heavy bleeds during my pregnancy and everything was fine they never found out why I was bleeding but it wasn't affecting baby who is now 5 months old. People can have a healthy pregnancy with bleeding but you need to get it checked out.
Depend how many weeks since your last period. If it is 2-3 then it is likey to be implantation bleeding only. A miscarriage is normally painful with lots of bleeding (I leaked a pad every 10 mins and had to go a and e) a pregnancy test is positive for up rao 3 weeks after a miscarriage as it takes time for your hormones to settle.
