First time posting on here but I'm 25+4 today and I've hardly felt any movement until the last couple of days and even then it's just been the random, occasional 'bumps'. It's my first pregnancy and I didn't even know I was pregnant until 21 weeks (I was on the pill) but I'm just wondering if I should be concerned about this, I don't have another midwife appointment for nearly 3 weeks and I don't really want to wait that long to check.
Edit: I had a scan 4 days ago and everything was fine with his growth and heart I don't know if I'm just overreacting

I only had flutters until about this time. I am sure kicks were later. If you are worried get checked out. You are never wasting their time when it comes to your baby!
Can always ring your midwife or maternity unit of your local hospital. I had the same come to conclusion cause she was kicking my back maybe your little one doing same x
I would check on your scan result if the placenta is anterior, as this can make the movements less obvious. If the movements armrest similar to what they have been 4 days ago it's likely to be nothing, but no harm in calling triage
I'm sure you'll be fine, but definitely ring your midwife or the maternity unit - they would always rather see you and make sure everything is ok - you are not wasting anyone's time. It's important for you not to feel stressed or worried too! I had all sorts of problems during my first pregnancy and seemed to be in and out of the mat unit almost daily in my last trimester and used to joke that they must be sick of seeing me, but everyone I saw always said it's better to check - baby first
I felt very little movement with my last pregnancy and was very worried. It turned out I had an anterior placenta so it was cushioning a lot of babies movements. Any worries you have always speak to your midwife, that's what they are there for. I'm sure all will be okay hun. Take care x
I was like this this time round, i have an anterior placenta which mean placenta is at the front even now at 38 weeks i dont feel as much as i did with my first as placenta cushions it, but if you are concerned speak to someone and get seen, better safe than sorry
