Sleepless Nights!
im 26 weeks to, I have no advice as im struggling with the same but I hope someone can give you some advice
I find sleeping with a pillow folded up between my legs has helped me sleep. It helps with my hip pain but also the cramps. Also not drink an hour or two before bed so limits how much I'm gonna be up and down in the night weeing!
Try a sleep pillow? Or just normal pillows positioned around. Heart burn tabs/ gavison by the bed if that's an issue. Maybe try go for a walk/ exercise during day, or chamomile/milk. Experiment different things. Unfortunately none of this might help anyways... and sadly it's bound to get worse.
Hiya! Unfortunately I think it's just a symptom some of us have to endure! I'm 24 weeks and the acid, baby kicks, toilet stops and restless, achey legs all keep me from having a good night sleep. I figured it's good practice for when she joins us! I surround myself in a pillows including one between my knees and another just under my belly and try not to eat acidy food or juices at dinner time. As this is my first, I also have the luxury being able to grab a 30 min nap when I get home from work which refreshes me for the evening. I hope some of these help you and wish you all the best for the rest of your pregnancy x
Hi again but this time I only bleed very heavy for two days and it stopped maybe I should check my GOP or go to the hospital again and I truly believe there's nothing they can do for me only God.
Hi im 30 +1 and have been having the same problem, sleepless night due to leg cramps, acid, baby kicks, toilet stops and restless, i have tried a few different things to try and help me sleep from pillow folded up between my legs to a pregnancy pillow which none really seem to work for me, so i am now trying to sleep in a slightly up right position with a v shaped pillow and few other pillows under me and so far i have had nearly a full week of sleep well a lot more than i was getting before. It has really helped the acid situation i have not had that at all for a whole week now, well hope it might help some of you to get a better night sleep.
