Lower back pain in early pregnancy (10+5)

Hello everyone, I am 10 weeks and 5 days pregnant and I have been having really bad lower back pain since yesterday, I can't bend and I find difficult to get up, I could hardly sleep. Has anyone experienced the same at just ten weeks? I had a miscarriage 4 months ago (I was 9+5) so now I am scared to death. I don't know what to do. I phoned the midwife, she told me to go to A&E but I know there they can't do anything. Last time I went there 3 times before the miscarriage and, even if I was bleeding, they could not refferring me for a scan because I wasn't bleeding enough. (This is not a polemic, is just the reality, they have too much problems to deal with, I can understand). I will try to see my GP but I just would like to know if someone has the same symptoms.

Hi just wanted to say Im 7 weeks but I had this yesterday. I found sitting/lying down made me worse. It can be normal to have back pain but if it is so bad then surely your midwife or hospital can refer you to an epu. I've had 2 miscarriages and with both of them I had no pains at all and only light bleeding. With your history they should do more. I started bleeding last Sunday and went straight to hospital and they got me a scan booked in for a couple of days later. I really hope everything is okay for you but they can't ignore you if you go xx
