Still no AF

So, I'm now 14 days late, did a pregnancy test this morning, (cheap one) but it was negative, do you think it could be because HCG levels aren't hi enough? iv read that some women don't get a positive until 7-8 weeks because their HCG isn't high enough, anyone else experienced this?

Do you have regular periods and do you know when you ovulated?

Hi Claire, I do normally, but I finished the pack of pills January and had my normal AF on 11th January then I was due to start taking it again on Friday 15th but didn't coz TTC, it would of worked out that I was ovulating roughly around 22nd January so did the deed every weekend from then as it's the only time as hubby works away! I was due my AF Monday 8th feb but nothing then on 11th & 12th feb had browny/pinky discharge and that's all Iv had since, I understand that coming off the pill can take time for my body to get back to normal so I'm just unsure x

Hi Annie Do you know you ovulated because you had symptoms and did an ovulation test? Or were you just counting the days? If it's just by counting then you're right it can be really irregular for a while so in the nicest way don't get your hopes up, but there is always a chance of course! But generally you would have a positive test by now. So for this month i would concentrate on working out when you ovulate x

Iv never used an ovulation test, Iv just gone off the calendar! But I'll just have to wait and see if AF shows up, I may have ovulated a bit later or not at all I don't know but did have discharge around that time, I'll just have to wait and see if I get AF next month, thanks, x

If you have just come off the pill your cycles might change So you might be late because of that. Pregnancy tests now a days are quite good and most will detect at 4 weeks (best using mornin urine). No harm to keep on TTC!
