Painful Cramps and Tender nipples??

A few weeks ago I had a 7 days period that was on and of through out the day. I've been having awful cramps that make me double up as well as sore nipples to the touch. I haven't bled and its been a few days with the pain. can anyone tell me if its early pregnancy symptoms or something else?
