Not sure what is happening with my body ..

Okay I'm not sure what is happening and i dont think my doctors are fully sure either. I didn't know if this had happened with anyone else or if anyone had any insight or knowledge about it. I'm 24 years old and the last time I had my period was from February 27 through March 4. I had intercourse on March 6, 7, and 8. My period was supposed to start on March 31 but I never got it. For a few days in the middle of April I had very slight spotting it was only there when I wiped and I wore only a panty liner for a few days and then it was gone. My doctor did blood work checking to see if I was anemic or had a problem with my thyroid. Both came back normal. During this time I have had an increased sense of smell random vomiting some cramping and my nipples have been extremely sore and my boobs a little tender. I took a hpt and it came back negative. I called my pcp and she told me to come in and do a blood pregnancy test. I did and later that same day they called me back saying it was positive. That happened on the sixteenth of April. I called to get an appointment with an obgyn and they got me in May first. When i went in there wasn't anything there and they did a urine test and it came back negative. They said i probably lost it early but i didnt have any bleeding like it would be with a miscarriage and i am still experiencing the same symptoms i was which made my doctor want to do the blood test. My period was also supposed to start yesterday and it hasnt and i have had absolutely no symptoms of it starting. I usually have extremely painful periods and back in 2011 i was diagnosed with endometriosis and had surgery to remove it. This is day 66 in my cycle and my first period is 33 days overdue. I'm not sure what is happening I've never had this happen before and I've had my period for over thirteen years...
