Need help! I didn't come on last month and this month's period strange.

I'm 17 years old and I'm usually regular. in march approximately the middle me and my partner had sex and ever since then I feel like my body is changing. After about 1-4weeks I started noticing a change in my tiredness, feeling sick , going toilet alot more, losing interest in my favourite foods, mod swings, clumsiness, forgetfulness and boobs getting a bit bigger and browser around the nipple. In April I had no period and it freaked me out so I took a test a few days after both negative, I waited 4 days and the rang the doctors she didn't ask me to see her just to take another test a week later. As the week went on my body changed more I felt more tired taking 2 naps a day, going toilet a lot more than usually, feeling sick, boobs grew a lot more, increased headaches and backache. The day before I as suppose to take the test there was a light spotting so rang the doctors and she didnT wish to see me just to take a test so I did negative! I came on but it was unusual it was a light bleed where I'm usually heavy and one day there was good the next day there wasn't then there was.I'm having cramps in my tummy recently and 3 or 4 weeks ago my nephew, my friends son said there's a baby in my tummy and my niece rubbed it on Monday. I dunno if it's in my head or not. Can someone help me please. Thank you :-).
