Hey. You tend to get used to your own baby's movements so if you don't feel them moving as much as usual, it may be good to call your maternity unit and go and get monitored just to check all is well with the baby. This happened twice to me in late pregnancy and they were more than happy to check for me and make sure the baby was doing well. Beforehand though, you may want to sit and eat something and drink a cold glass of water and see if this gets the baby moving and wakes them up a bit x

The best advice I could give u is to follow your instinct on this one.

Babies in the womb do tend to have quiet days from time to time but if you feel as if its been too long of a period that you haven't felt anything don't hesitate to call your maternity triage unit

x

I have this with my bump and to be honest it is panic stations every time. My bump is normally a right ninja, doing star fishes and constantly shifting positions. This will happen every day for a few weeks and then all of a sudden, no movements at all.

The advice already given is right, call the triage as I'm sure they would prefer u to call even if it is nothing, however at the hospital I'm assigned to, they always ask if u have tried to have a bath, a cold drink and laid on ur left side for an hour to get baby jumping again. I hope ur little bubz has re-awoken again x
